Close E-mail router when testing workflows

One of the new features in CRM 4.0 is the integration of workflows to simplify common tasks. When testing the workflows (with the e-mail router installed) after you have modified them you will need to close the e-mail router configuration manager before e-mail will be sent.
 
To prevent these errors do the following:
 
  1. Open "Email Router Configuration Manager
  2. Select the tab "Users, Queues and Forward Mailboxes
  3. Click "Load Data"
  4. Double Click on one of the users of click on a users and click "Modify"
  5. The E-mail Router is now waiting for a Publish of the rules
  6. Still, if you have not editted anything, the router is waiting for acknowledgement
  7. When you click "publish" all messages will be sent according to the workflows you published.
